The consortium, in agreement with its members, will organise training sessions that can be either those relating to improving musical performance with the instrument (playing and interpretation of all generic musical styles) or the improvement of construction (production techniques, repair and maintenance of the instrument, both for workers in the industry or for finding new persons who would like to begin this profession).
For this purpose an Academy has been formed.
